Email infrastructure, redefined

Email that lands. Infrastructure that scales. Hosting that doesn't ask questions.

Since 2015 we've built PowerMTA stacks, MailWizz platforms and offshore infrastructure for senders who refuse to compromise on deliverability. Managed by engineers, priced for operators, available in English and Spanish.

What we build for you

Two verticals. One engineering team. Zero shortcuts.

Everything we sell falls into one of two buckets: email infrastructure that delivers and offshore hosting that keeps your project online. Both share the same operational standard.

Offshore & privacy hosting

Hosting in DMCA-tolerant jurisdictions with anonymous sign-up, crypto payments and policies designed for creators, publishers and projects that rely on operational continuity.

Why operators pick us

Priced for the mid-market, built to enterprise standard.

The deliverability market in 2026 splits into two extremes: suspiciously cheap providers that rotate clients like IPs, and enterprise vendors whose quote-only pricing starts at € 8,000 a year. We deliberately sit between both — proper infrastructure, transparent pricing, real engineers behind the ticket.

Latest PowerMTA 6.0 stack

REST API, automated MX rollups, HAProxy inbound, Prometheus metrics. Google and Yahoo sender requirements handled by default (<0.3% spam rate compliance).

Deliverability is the product

Per-ISP throttling, virtual MTA segregation, automated bounce parsing, feedback loop ingestion, DKIM rotation. Every lever that matters, exposed and tuned.

Jurisdiction-aware hosting

Netherlands, Bulgaria, Luxembourg and Moldova options. We map your content type and audience to the right jurisdiction rather than pretending one location fits all.

Bilingual support that understands you

Senior technical staff fluent in English and Spanish. You explain the problem once. We respond with context, not scripts.

Privacy-respectful sign-up

Crypto payments accepted, minimal personal data required for offshore plans, proper handling of abuse and DMCA requests without knee-jerk suspensions.

Observability included

Grafana dashboards, Prometheus metrics, IP reputation alerts and blacklist monitoring on Growth plans and above — not a € 100/month add-on.

The honest comparison

Where Blue Spirit fits in the 2026 email infrastructure landscape

If you've shopped around, you know the shape of the market. On one side: providers advertising € 2 per mailbox where shared infrastructure torches your reputation the moment another client starts spraying. On the other: commercial MTAs that won't even send a demo invite for under a € 8,000 annual commitment.

We've worked this niche for a decade. Our sweet spot is the operator who sends somewhere between 250,000 and 50 million emails a month, cares about inbox placement, doesn't want to hire a deliverability engineer in-house, and wants a single vendor who manages everything from the server OS to the SPF record.

SegmentTypical priceReality

Mid-market managed (us)€ 89–499Dedicated PMTA, real engineers

Straight answers to the questions we get every week

Do you really specialize in email infrastructure, or is it one of many services?

Email infrastructure is what we do. Every Blue Spirit Hosting plan is built around reliable SMTP delivery — PowerMTA 6.0 as the delivery engine, MailWizz or Acelle as the campaign front-end, dedicated IPs, warm-up plans, blacklist monitoring and deliverability engineering. Generic shared hosting, reseller packages and WordPress specials are deliberately not in our catalogue.

Is Blue Spirit Hosting appropriate for cold email and B2B outreach?

Yes. Our PowerMTA plans, Cold Email Infrastructure product and dedicated IP warm-up service are designed for operators who depend on high-quality inbox placement at scale. We support OAuth integration with Instantly, Smartlead, Reply.io, Lemlist, Apollo and Woodpecker, plus anything that talks standard SMTP.

What does "managed" mean when you say managed PowerMTA or MailWizz?

Managed means our engineers handle operating system, PowerMTA configuration, virtual MTA policies, DKIM key rotation, SPF and DMARC alignment, MailWizz updates, cron jobs, queue tuning and IP reputation monitoring. You focus on campaigns and lists; we keep the pipeline healthy.

Can you host adult content, tube sites or DMCA-sensitive projects?

Yes. Our adult hosting and DMCA-ignored infrastructure is deployed in Netherlands and Bulgaria datacenters, with proper privacy policies, age verification support, anonymous sign-up options and cryptocurrency payments. We require that your content respects the laws of the server jurisdiction and the audience locations — no pirated content, CSAM or illegal material ever.

How do you charge and how do I get started?

Most plans are monthly with a one-time setup fee. We accept credit card, bank transfer and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, USDT, Monero). The fastest way is to message us on WhatsApp — we reply within business hours with a tailored recommendation, provisioning timeline and invoice. Most email infrastructure is online in 4 to 24 hours depending on IP warm-up needs.

"We came in with a German list that had been hammered through three different ESPs in five years. Gmail had us at "low" reputation, GMX was sandboxing us, and our open rate had drifted under 12%. Femke ran a 90-day recovery against the engaged 18% of the file, then ramped from there. Six months later we are back to 31% opens on the active segment, complaint rate is comfortably under 0.05%, and Postmaster Tools shows us at "high" again. The recovery framework is documented well enough that our internal team now runs the BAU work themselves."

"Our previous setup was three Sendgrid sub-accounts taped together with custom warmup logic in our backend. It worked until Microsoft's May 2025 enforcement landed and our 5,000+/day non-compliant senders started hitting the 550 5.7.515 wall. Blue Spirit migrated us onto a dedicated PowerMTA cluster with our own /27 in the Netherlands inside three weeks, and the cold outbound infrastructure they spec'd included the OAuth handoff with Smartlead and Lemlist. We are now sending five times the volume into Outlook with a higher inbox rate than we had on Sendgrid pre-enforcement."

"We run an ESP for mid-market Dutch and Belgian enterprises. We handle the platform layer (campaigns, templates, segmentation) and outsource the SMTP infrastructure layer because at our scale running PMTA in-house meant hiring two full-time deliverability engineers. Blue Spirit is our SMTP partner since 2022. The architecture they spec'd gives us per-tenant pool isolation so reputation problems on one tenant do not bleed into the others, and the operational discipline on DKIM rotation, BIMI publishing and DMARC migration is the kind of thing we genuinely could not afford to do in-house at our headcount."
